Ingredients
- 8 oz water
- 1 (2-in.) section gingerroot
- Honey or stevia (optional)
Directions
- Boil the water. While the water is heating, peel the gingerroot and slice it as thinly as possible. Place the gingerroot in a mug or teapot.
- Add the boiling water, cover the mug or teapot, and allow the ginger to steep until the tea has cooled enough to drink. Sweeten the tea with a small amount of honey or stevia (if using).
- Drink up to 3 cups a day
