Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 4 chamomile tea bags
- Juice from 3 lemons
- Stevia, for sweetening
Directions
- Boil the water in a large saucepan. Add the tea bags and steep them in the boiling water for 15 minutes.
- After removing the tea bags from the water, allow the tea to cool. Add the lemon juice and stevia, then transfer the lemonade to a pitcher, cover it, and chill it in the refrigerator.
- Children under 5 years old should drink ½ cup a day, while children 5-12 years old should drink 1 cup a day. Teens and adults will benefit from 2-3 cups a day. Use within 1 week, and keep the lemonade refrigerated.
