Calming Chamomile Lemonade

Uses: ADD, ADHD
Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 4 chamomile tea bags
  • Juice from 3 lemons
  • Stevia, for sweetening

Directions

  1. Boil the water in a large saucepan. Add the tea bags and steep them in the boiling water for 15 minutes.
  2. After removing the tea bags from the water, allow the tea to cool.  Add the lemon juice and stevia, then transfer the lemonade to a pitcher, cover it, and chill it in the refrigerator.
  3. Children under 5 years old should drink ½ cup a day, while children 5-12 years old should drink 1 cup a day.  Teens and adults will benefit from 2-3 cups a day.  Use within 1 week, and keep the lemonade refrigerated.
