- ceramic or glass bowl
- 4 cups hot water
- 1 drop cedarwood essential oil
- 1 drop eucalyptus essential oil
- 1 drop hyssop essential oil
- towel
Directions
Pour hot water into bowl. Add essential oils. Hold head 8 inches over bowl with towel over head to form a tent. Inhale slowly and deeply, keeping eyes closed. Steam for 5 to 10 minutes, two or three times per day. Cover neck and upper chest with warm towel, blanket, or scarf immediately following treatment.
