Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 cups washed bittercress greens
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 field garlic bulbs or 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender except the yogurt. blend until smooth
- Whisk into the yogurt by hand, otherwise the dressing becomes watery. Drizzle over your favorite salad.
