Yogurt Bittercress Dressing

Yogurt Bittercress Dressing
Makes about 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 cups washed bittercress greens
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 field garlic bulbs or 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

Directions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender except the yogurt.  blend until smooth
  2. Whisk into the yogurt by hand, otherwise the dressing becomes watery.  Drizzle over your favorite salad.
