Reflection and Resolution

2017 has definitely proven has to be a lesson filled with hard lessons.  One of the biggest things that was probably pointed out to me this year was how toxic relationships could be at times (especially when it comes unexpectedly).  You would think that you wouldn't have to be distancing yourself from the people who you love the most, but if gets to the point to where it's mentally damaging you.  Fellow readers, that is a sign to tell you to take a step back and reassess the situation.  There were times within 2017 where I had to step back just because I was hurting to where I cannot be in the same atmosphere with the said friend(s) without getting mad at them (it got to the point where I didn't even want to come home until I moved into my new apartment).
Fellow readers, let me give you this tad bit of advice.  If you have a friend that you know is busy, just let them know what's going on.  If you're going to hang out at a place, let them know (you might not know what their schedule is like, never assume stuff, that's like a recipe for disaster).  Also, there's a good chance that the busy friend knows what you're doing based on social media postings.
So, for 2018, I'm just going to trust my gut instinct on people and take mental cleansing as I need it.  Since I finally got my support system right on my 5th year of college, I'll probably be relying on them more (good luck you guys since my crazy semester is next semester).
Next thing on my resolution list is to be working on this blog throughout the year.  Oddly enough, I find this blog addicting cause it helps me arrange my knowledge with such ease.  Also, it's encouraging me to start learning herbs and see if I can make future research projects.
Last thing I want to add on this resolution is clean eating and exercise.  It's been hard to keep with my exercise due to my knee (anyone who's heard it knows what I'm talking about) and pharmacy school (seriously applaud people who can keep up with it).   So, for this year, I seriously hope that I can get my body to back when I was doing Taekwondo and having fun learning it.

Good bye 2017,
I do not regret what happened this year cause I got to learn.
Peace out for tonight!
Susan
