Wash hand after use so that way the cream will not get to unnecessary areas. Another way to prevent that is by wearing gloves. Using this is like how people are with allergy medicine, not everyone is going to take this form well. I like using this on my knees, and I start feeling the pain relief working after I take a shower. So take caution while using this product.
