Cinnamon for Cold Remedy

Ingredients

  • 1 broken-up cinnamon stick
  • 1 ounce sliced fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 lemon slice
  • 16 oz water
Directions
Simmer all the ingredients for 15 minutes and then strain.  Drink one cup hot every 2 hours
