- 1 broken-up cinnamon stick
- 1 ounce sliced fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 3 cloves
- 1 lemon slice
- 16 oz water
Directions
Simmer all the ingredients for 15 minutes and then strain. Drink one cup hot every 2 hours
