Wild Mustard


  • 2 tbs. finely ground or powdered mustard seed
  • 2 tbs. cider or other vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • water to thin


combine ground mustard seed and vinegar.  add honey (and a little water if the paste is too thick).  if this mixture is too pungent, add a little acorn flour or other wild-seed or nut flour
