Alternative Medicine: Is It for You? Review

You know, I don't say that there was a lot of books that are stupid, but this one is ranking up on my list of books that I don't want to read again.

There's a huge reason behind this, which I understand, the science realm has done it.  However, you can't just diss science and get away with it.  Really this book is like someone that got butthurt about something someone said and decided to talk crap about that individual.

This is not the way to have a conversation started.  

What would be the great way to have a conversation started is to just talk about what alternative medicine is and how it came to be.

It does give a great introduction and explanation of the different forms of alternative medicine therapies exist.  

I will say as you're reading this book, do keep in mind that this was published in 1998.
