Introduction to Essential oils

So, I was in a workshop for essential oils and to be honest with the readers, I never had real experience with this.  So because of the lack of experience, I never really thought of them.  Because of that, I decided to get started on it and see the hype that's going on with them.  So I started with some from doTERRA (if you want to get some from this company, hit me up).

What are essential oils?
This is a form of extract that involves very high proof of alcohol (recipes that I've seen had 120 proof vodka).  After putting the herb that you want, you strain the vodka from the extract and you have your essential oil left behind.

How can I use essential oil?
Most of the times that I've seen it, essential oils tend to be used in a diffuser, but you can definitely use this topically and internally (one drop or two).

So this is how I received my oils from doTERRA.

So I received two different kinds: one you roll on to the skin, and the regular bottle that can be rolled on or used in a diffuser.
