Totally took a chance today, cause why not? It's a new year and if I want to do something more to improve me, then I should be taking more chances, right?
Today I went to Fit4Life at Monroe (2399 Ferrand St Suite A). I met Tea (which I saw her instagram @tea_mae3, check her out and follow her if interested). I've been watching her for a little bit but was kind of skeptical cause I'm a college student and usually taking a step into fitness means making major investment. That was not the case today! I tried out one of their shakes (in Tea's words "if you don't like it, then you won't take it") and to tell you the truth, it was one of the most unique experiences that I have ever had from a protein shake. My usual protein shake feels so lacking and I get hungry after a little, but after this, I felt full and I'm having energy that it's kind of crazy. So, I got their protein shakes (30 servings for 47.14 to be shipped to your house. You guys, if you do the math and only did one shake per day for breakfast, it's a little more than 1 dollar per day. If you add milk to the scenario, you're looking at most 3-4 dollars for breakfast). I'm surprised that they had mint chocolate chip flavor, so I'm looking forward to trying it out later!
If you guys want to try this product out, here's the link: goherbalfe.com/dlighten. If you live in the Monroe area, check them out, they'll give you a complete workup on you (how your health is, etc) and are willing to help you meal prep and what's a good way to go with your body composition.
I would give them a 5/5 for excellent service!
