Purslane

Name: Purslane
Scientific name: Portulaca oleracea
Possible uses: antioxidant, burns, earaches, headaches, stomachaches, inflammation, sores, eczema, abscesses, pruritus, painful urination, hypertension, diuretic, antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids
Part of plant used: leaves, plants
Active Constituents: Vitamin A, C, and E; glutathione, alpha-lnolenic acid, beta carotene, alpha-tocopherol, magnesium, potassium, dopa, norepinephrine

I've seen this around quite a bit in Louisiana, I hope to see if it's actually purslane and try it out!
